Payments can be made via WISE (Bank Transfer), Skrill, Artistree (Card) or Paypal. The default payment currency is GBP (British Pounds). If you prefer another currency, we can convert it based on the current exchange rate.- Upfront Payment: Your commission will only begin once 100% of the payment has been deposited. This policy is in place to protect against scams and ensure commitment. Please do not request exceptions.
- Payment Deadline: You have a maximum of 5 days to complete the payment after receiving a payment link. If payment is not received within this timeframe, your slot will be canceled, and you may be blacklisted from future commissions. Please tell me if you can't afford the commission instead of ghosting me.
These terms apply only if your commission costs more than £400. Payments may be divided into smaller, flexible installments depending on the total amount. The maximum time allowed to pay in full is 2 months unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Is needed at least a minium of £100 GBP as a downpayment which is NOT REFUNDABLE if you decide to cancel your commission in a future.For commissions exceeding £1,000, the payment plan may be extended to a maximum of 4 to 6 months, depending on the agreed terms.If you fail to meet the established payment deadlines:- You will be given two opportunities to pay the remaining balance.
- If payment is still not completed, your commission will be canceled.
In such cases, no refunds will be issued for any payments already made. This policy exists to protect the time, effort, and resources I have already invested in the project. Please ensure you are able to commit to the payment plan before agreeing to it.
Refunds may only be requested under specific and valid circumstances, such as if I am unable to complete the project or if there are significant delays caused by me beyond the agreed timeline. Refunds will not be available for completed work or for work that has progressed to the coloring stage. The amount refunded will depend on the progress of the commission as follows:- 50% of the payment will be refunded if only the sketch phase has been started.
- 30% of the payment will be refunded if the lineart has been started.
- No refunds will be issued once the coloring stage has begun.
Tips and additional voluntary payments, are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances unless I explicitly agree otherwise in writing. Refunds will be processed within 15 to 30 business days for each deposit. For large refunds, I may issue payments in installments and will inform you of the refund schedule in such cases.If you are dissatisfied with the progress, quality, or delivery of the work, I ask that you contact me directly to discuss your concerns before initiating any formal dispute. You must provide clear and specific reasons for your dissatisfaction, and I will make every reasonable effort to address or resolve the issue. Open communication allows us to reach a fair resolution, whether through clarifications, revisions, or a calculated refund based on how much work has been completed. If you fail to communicate with me directly before filing a dispute, I will consider it a breach of these terms.
If a dispute arises outside of Wise - Skrill or through your bank, I ask that we attempt to resolve it privately through open and professional communication. This includes:- Reviewing the commission agreement, including any written terms, deadlines, or approvals.
- Sharing evidence of the work completed (e.g., sketches, lineart, or other stages of the project).
- Working together to find a solution, such as revisions, adjustments, or a partial refund based on how much work I have finished.
If we cannot resolve the dispute privately, I reserve the right to deny refunds for disputes filed through other platforms or methods if you have not followed the steps outlined here for communication and resolution.Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior from you during the dispute process will result in the immediate cancellation of the commission without refund. In such cases, I may also blacklist you from future commissions.
I am a full-time college student, and there may be times when my schedule limits my ability to work on commissions. Because of this, I do not follow a "first come, first served" rule. I prioritize commissions based on:- Complexity of the work.
- Type of commission.
- Whether a rush fee has been applied.
Please note that the turnaround time (TAT) starts from the moment I begin working on your commission, not from the date of payment or submission of details.The delivery time for your commission will depend on several factors, including your position in the queue, the complexity of the piece, and potential third-party influences. Estimated delivery times are as follows: 1–8 hours for simpler pieces or up to 1–5 business days for more complex commissions. Yet this depends of what was told above.If your commission is delayed for more than 2 months (business days only), I will provide an additional free piece as compensation. The free piece must be less than 50% of the original commission price and cannot exceed its value.I reserve the right to refuse service or cancel your commission if you are verbally abusive, disrespectful, or harassing.
If you engage in continuous harassment (e.g., repeatedly demanding WIPs or updates), I will ask you to cease contact. Continued harassment will result in you being blocked, and your commission will be canceled without refund.
Please be patient and refer to my Trello for updates on your commission status. I will message you directly whenever there is a WIP or progress to share. Do not insist or harass mw for updates.
If you require your commission to be completed by a specific deadline, you may request an expedited service for an additional fee. The applicable fees are as follows:- +100%: For same-day delivery.
- +70%: For delivery within less than 2 days.
- +50%: For delivery within less than 5 days.
- +40%: For delivery within less than 7 days or on an exact date within 30 days.
Important: If you need your commission completed within a specific timeframe, you must inform me at the time of commissioning so I can prioritize your request accordingly, once you pay for the rush fee your commission will be on the top of my queue and fully priorized. Failure to provide this information upfront may result in standard delivery times being applied.
At the beginning of the process, i will provide a sketch of the pose or base of the drawing. Before moving on to the lineart, you must review the sketch and inform me of any changes you’d like to make. If you’re unsure about your ideas, you may request 2–3 pose options during this stage, but this must be stated upfront when commissioning. Once the work progresses beyond the sketch stage, significant changes (such as altering the pose or composition) will incur additional fees.As the work moves through stages such as lineart, coloring, and rendering, you will be updated on the progress and may request minor changes, such as adding small props or details to the character or painting. However, major revisions after the sketch stage—such as altering key elements of the composition—will require an additional fee.These fees will depend on the complexity of the change and the stage of the work.
- Small adjustments like changing a hand position or facial expression may cost +£10–£20.
- Moderate changes like altering clothing or props may cost +£30–£50.
- Major changes requiring redrawing large portions of the piece will cost up to 50% of the original commission price.
Fees will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.A maximum of 15 revisions is allowed throughout the entire process. Once this limit is reached, no further changes can be made, so please be mindful and concise with your requests. To avoid unexpected fees or delays, be as clear as possible during the initial sketch stage. Additionally, i reserve the right to recycle any unused poses or sketches that were not included in the final piece of the commission.
Commissions are for personal use only and may not be sold, distributed, or reproduced in any digital or physical format. If you wish to use and distribute the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes, you must properly credit me and purchase copyright usage rights. This requires an additional fee of £200–£400, depending on the scope of usage. Upon payment, you will receive an official file format (e.g., PDF, SVG, or PSD) for your use. Please contact me first for more details regarding copyright usage and distribution rights.You may request the original file (e.g., PSD) of your commissioned artwork for editing or partial ownership, but this does not grant distribution rights. To obtain the original file, you must pay 200% of the commission cost (for example, if your commission costs £100, the total will be £300). However, you may not heavily edit the lineart, remove the watermark, or misuse the file in any way. Violating these terms will result in being publicly blacklisted. Please note that standard commission payments only cover the completed artwork and do not include access to the original files.No artwork, sketch, or piece created by M1l1p3d3_ may be used as an NFT (Non-Fungible Token) or for AI training. If this occurs, the violator will be publicly blacklisted. Additionally, my watermark may not be removed, altered, or misused under any circumstances.
All my commissions are public by default, meaning I reserve the right to post them on social media or use them as examples for future commissions. However, if you prefer your commission to remain private for any reason, a privacy fee of +40% of the commission price will be added to the final cost. In this case, your commission will not be posted or used anywhere, and it will remain exclusively yours to decide whether or not to share it.If you are a VIP commissioner, you can freely choose whether your commissions are private or public, and no privacy fee will apply.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have full consent to use any characters included in the commissioned artwork. I will not be held accountable for any unauthorized use of characters that you provide.Please treat me with respect, as I reserve the right to refuse service at any time. If you engage in verbal abuse, harassment, or inappropriate behavior, I will stop all communication with you and block further contact. This includes repeatedly demanding updates or work-in-progress (WIP) images. I ask that you remain patient and refer to my Trello board to track the commission queue.If you have any questions or concerns about your commission—such as what I can or cannot draw—please feel free to reach out to me at any time via email or direct message. Shipping costs for your commission will be calculated once the product is finished, as they depend on your location and the package’s weight. These costs are not included in the commission price and will be billed separately. Shipping prices typically range from £45 to £100, depending on your location and the size of the package.Shipments will be handled by trusted couriers such as FedEx, DHL, or other services depending on your country. For national shipping within Chile, you can choose to pay upon delivery at your address if preferred. Once your commission is ready, I will provide you with all available shipping options so you can decide which courier and service best suits your needs. If you are concerned about your package being lost, you may request shipping insurance. Insurance costs will vary based on the value of your product and will be added to your total.For international shipments, your package may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or other fees required by your country’s regulations. If you’d like to reduce or avoid these fees, I can declare a lower product value or mark the package as a “Gift” upon request. Please note, however, that I am not responsible for any customs policies or fees imposed by your country.Occasionally, customs clearance may delay the delivery of your package. If you have concerns about customs regulations in your country, I recommend reaching out to your local customs office for more information. Once your package is shipped, I will provide tracking details so you can monitor its delivery.
The delivery time for your package will depend on your location and the shipping method selected. In general, shipments may take 4–7 business days for standard delivery, but in some cases, delivery could extend to 2–5 weeks due to factors such as customs processing, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.Once your order has been handed over to the postal service or courier, I am no longer responsible for the handling, processing, or delivery of your package. Any delays, mishandling, or issues that occur during transit are outside of my control. All sales are final, and refunds will not be issued under any circumstances once the commissioned product has been completed and shipped. Due to the custom nature of the work, including the purchase of materials and production costs for items such as tags, posters, and other physical goods, it is not possible to offer refunds after the commission is fulfilled.If your package arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. While I cannot issue a refund, I will work with you to find a solution, such as offering partial compensation through digital art or assistance in filing a claim with the shipping carrier if insurance was purchased. Please note that compensation options will vary depending on the severity of the damage and the specific circumstances.While I take great care to ensure the safe delivery of your package, I cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping, as the item will have already been completed and handed over to the courier. To minimize risks, I strongly recommend requesting shipping insurance, which can be added to your order for an additional cost based on the value of the product.In the unfortunate event that your package is lost during transit, I will do my best to support you by offering digital art compensation as a goodwill gesture. However, this compensation is not a substitute for a refund and will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Most of my products are created in collaboration with small national artists or small businesses (Pymes). As a third-party partner, my role is to design these products, pay for their production, and handle their shipping. Please note that I do not directly produce these items myself, and I rely on these collaborators to bring the designs to life.I strive to provide an estimated production timeline, but I cannot guarantee exact completion dates for products made by third-party collaborators. Delays may occur due to factors beyond my control, such as supplier availability or production issues. If this happens, I will keep you informed and provide updates regarding the progress of your order.However, if you order artwork or products that are entirely designed and produced by me, I guarantee that your production timeline will not experience any delays caused by external collaborators.
Cancellations are only accepted for orders that have not yet entered the production phase. Once production materials have been purchased or the creation process has begun, cancellations are no longer possible, as your payment will have already been invested in materials and production costs.If you need to cancel your order prior to production, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss the next steps. Approved cancellations may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any processing or administrative fees that may apply.Please note that orders made in collaboration with third-party artists or small businesses cannot be canceled once production has started, as these partners work independently and have their own policies regarding cancellations.
Due to the custom and handmade nature of my products, returns are not accepted under any circumstances. Each item is uniquely crafted and made to order, which means that it cannot be resold or repurposed once completed.If your product arrives damaged, please refer to the Refund and Compensation Policy for guidance on how to proceed. While I cannot accept returns, I will work with you to address any legitimate concerns about the condition of your item upon arrival.

As a VIP, you’ll get special perks like queue priority, so your commissions will be handled faster than others. On top of that, I’ll add a random amount of "Insects" to your account on the 1st of every month, giving you extra rewards just for being a loyal supporter.For VIPs and active members of the Ant’s Program, your "Insects" will never expire. However , if you stop commissioning me for 4 months, your account will become inactive. After that, I’ll start deducting 100 Insects from your account each week until your balance reaches zero.
